Samaira Travels was founded in 2010 by Ravi Malhotra, who began by arranging outstation cabs for families in Rohini who didn't want to deal with unreliable local operators. As the same customers started asking him to plan their holiday trips too, the business grew into full tour packages and flight and hotel booking — but the desk still runs the same way, answering the phone personally.
